This is a record, not an argument. Our reading of the investment list sets out what these documents mean for a foreign-owned company letting a Bali villa by the night. Perpres 10/2021, Lampiran II item 51 — standing text, current wording unestablished. Perpres 49/2021 — amends the annexes, and its own annex is unpublished. Peraturan BPS 7/2025 — in force, and the five codes above are not in it. It revoked the 2020 classification at Pasal 6 and gave every user six months to adjust. OSS refers the reader to a joint circular of the Minister of Investment, the Minister of Law and the Head of BPS, downloadable at the words di sini; those words carry no hyperlink and the page holds no file address.
